So, how do you like it? Pics of the lights shining on the road, rather than on the truck would be great. Any issues?

Love them so far, I'll get some pics tonight or tomorrow. Only issue I had was when I plugged the passenger side into the bulb one of the connectors came out and I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't light up and I saw there was no connection so I just pulled the actual wires out and plugged the spades into the slot.

Anyone else used this system recently? Your thoughts?

Mine are still doing good after 2 years installed on both the 2014 and 2015 AT. If you are going to do HIDs this is the kit to buy.

Thanks, it looks like HID is the way to go for these trucks

Ive had this in my truck close to two years now. I had a relay go out but they replaced it for free with 2 day shipping so cant complain about that. No issues other than that.

Just did this install as well. Lots of good info on this site for tips etc.

One thing for my install was I got a terrible loud buzzing from the relays causing one light to flicker bad. I ended up reversing the plug for the capacitor link..seemed odd as it doesn't have a little catch for the clip on the other side but it works like a charm now.

I had the xenon depot LEDS and these are so much better! I don't have a before and after...doh... but I did do a comparison with my 2017 Santa Fe XL ultimate. They are supposed to be one of the better ones out there, doing very well on the new IIHS headlights test (which the Sierra failed miserably)

First pic is high beams and second is low. Top half of each is the Sierra, Bottom the Santa Fe

I believe a few people have them and I have read good things about them. If you do end up getting them, I would recommend going through Amazon. They are $77 on there at this link.....https://www.amazon.com/Lighting-Headlight-Conversion-Philips-Lumileds/dp/B01ANYJEOA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481918682&sr=8-1&keywords=BPS+G7+9012

I have the morimoto sierra spec kit from the retrofit source and I couldn't be happier. I've had the cheaper kits before and it seemed like I was constantly having to return ballast for warranty and always had issues. 2 years strong and 2 trucks on the sierra spec kit an no issues what so ever. Save yourself the headache. Also I'd go with the 35w ballast and 5500k bulbs, mine are bright white with a light light hint of blue, and bright as shit. The 55w aren't any brighter, they'll just melt your housing

The last part just isn't true. There is definitely a difference between the 35 watt and 55 watt. I've had both and the 55 is definitely brighter. Also I've had my 55 watt morimoto kit for over 6 months and have NEVER had an issue with my housings melting. In fact I've never melted a single housing in any vehicle I've put 55 watt kits in.

^^^ I have been running the 55W / 5500 bulbs for a year and half with Zero issues.

How do you like the 5500 bulbs? I have the 4500 but they're a little too yellow for my liking. I'm looking for pure white light.

5500 is perfect. Not Yellow and not Blue. I think you would be happy with them!

Very kind, that shaved some cash off for sure! My biggest concern is the 8000 lumen rating. Seems... excessive! Also, there is no "K" rating; perhaps because they are LED's? The poster of the kit has great results, just you know, second guessing ...

In the description it says they are 6500k. Idk why it doesn't say that in the title but I found it within the features area in the middle of the page.
