Drivers Door Not Sealing Properly

I spent the week in the mountains and was driving in some windy conditions. My drivers door would howl when the wind was blowing hard enough. If I ran my finger along the top inside of the seal it would get a little louder.

 

Can this be fixed with a door adjustment?

By any chance has someone ever locked the keys in the truck then pried the top of the door to get a coat hanger in? Had the step daughter do that to the Avalon. Ended up having to "tweak" the top of the door by rolling down the window and yanking the top back over nearly a 1/4 inch.

This may be the reason, bought it used so I don't know.

Look for scratches in the paint....thats how I found out what happened. She denied like crazy till I put my finger on the scratches and told her they didn't happen magically.
