Hard water spots

I have hard water spots on my windows that have been over there for a few months. I just tried to use invisible glass water spot remover I've tried water and vinegar and it didn't touch the water spots. Is there anything anyone can recommend? I'm ready to take it to someone to professionally clean it's bugging me so bad.

0000 steel wool. Make sure it says very fine. Polishes spots (and most generally everything) off the glass. Will not scratch it.

If clay bar and steel wool didn't solve your problem, try using a machine and compound or heavy polish.
