What should my idling oil pressure be on my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500hd with 8.1L with 100k + miles?

Mine is usually 30-40. It varies based on how hot the oil is, etc...

At hot idle, my 2005 8.1L has 25 psi using 0W40 oil, it was a little lower when I was using 5W30.

  Have a look at the Diode Dynamic C1R light. It installs in minutes with their wiring harness and is super bright when backing up.
