Truck hunting between V4 & V8

Anybody else have this problem. Only happens to me going about 35 mph and the truck will begin hunt between the two. It's constant back and forth switching. Just recently started this with 20k on the truck. Any ideas? No codes btw.

Good afternoon JRL1164,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing these concerns with your Silverado. I realize that at this time you are reaching out to other for members for ideas. However, if you find you would like to work with a dealership to address this, I would be more than happy to offer my assistance. Please feel free to private message me if you find you need anything.

All the best,

seems like it is working correctly, suppose to go into v4 mode when the conditions are right. Probably has to do with your foot

You would think but both occasions has happened while the truck was using cruise control going 35 mph on a flat surface. Dealer says its normal at that speed. To remedy it I put it in M5 until the truck pulls its head out of its tailgate. But it only does it for about 5 minutes and it resolves it. And it only has happened twice in 20,000 miles. Aside from this little mishap its been a great truck.
