Leveling Kit VS Lift Kit

Just got my fisrt truck, 2016 silverado 1500 lt z71 4*4. Im currently looking for a 3-5 inches lift depending on which one to go. I've read a coulple threads here and it seems none of the two is perfect. Here PERFECT I mean no premature to the stock componemts. But my questions is, which one is better and has lower chance to cause problem to my truck, regardless of money? Thx!

btw, currently have 22 inch wheels and p285/45r22 tires and im not going to change to larger tires since im not an off-road guy.

If price doesn't matter, then go with a true suspension lift. There are many options in the 4-5" range. Stay away from the 3-3.5" glorified leveling kits.
