After market headlights?

Has anyone looked into aftermarket head lights? I'm not sure I'm a fan of the casing trim piece that goes over the headlights. I have the painted bumpe and grill so them being painted make the headlights appear even more narrow.

Id love to see anyone who has put aftermarket headlights. Or can we just remove the casing? I haven't seen what is under them yet.

I have been looking at the anzo front and rear lights. I cant really find much info about them. They are quite expensive and I don't want to chance the aftermarket lights to be dimmer than the stock ones.
