If its a 20 amp circuit you can run a LOT if they are only pulling 0.04amps per set

Sounds like you are good to go. Sometimes the AC outlet will trip below that at least it has for me and you just need to unplug for a few sec and plug back in and it resets. Good to know in case they do go out and you need to reset. ie) it can be finicky.

 

Also good choice on the Philips bulbs! Am a fan and run 100% exterior Phillips on mine and slowly replacing all house lights too.

One of the items on my "Cons" column when deciding on my Sierra was, no place to put the Christmas lights.

I think that it is always better to be safe on Christmas because that is the time of the year where most number of fire breakouts happen.I recently saw a blog about fire safety tips for Christmas from a home electrical repair company called the shock doctors.Be safe at the same time while having a great time.
