Any reason why I can save radio station presents, but I cant save any XM station presets?

I am confused and frustrated.

When you hold down the screen on the preset button to save that XM station, nothing happens.

Works fine when doing the same procedure for FM stations.

Do you have XM activated?

When my XM was active I was able to program my XM Presets. As soon as XM went inactive the presets greyed out. My guess is that XM isn't active.

Assuming your XM subscription is active, you may need to have XM send a re-activation signal to the radio.
