2004 Silverado Blower Control Module Part #

I have a 2004 Silverado LT with the auto climate control. My blower is stuck on high. Currently, I have the fuse pulled to stop the blower. From what I've read, I need a new blower motor control module. I've looked on a few different web sites, and there seems to be various part numbers available. I just want to make sure I buy the correct one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have AUTO climate control (digital temperature readouts) or manual climate control (1 through 5 fan speeds on the speed knob)?

With auto temp control should be Standard Motor Products RU 631

There's 2 different ones depending on options. Match the RPO listing and select the right one. Amazon might have these cheaper or rock auto.
