Rear bumper corner step lights

Someone on here posted a pic of their truck with LED lights they installed in the corner steps on the rear bumper. I'm trying to find it again but I'm not having any luck. Also, how did you did it. It appears you have to remove the plastic step itself along with the plastic step piece on the top of the bumper. I'm trying to figure out how to do it on my truck. Thanks.
