Tire size and rim offset

Hi I'm new to the forum and new to the truck world. I know this has probably been asked before but I've tried researching and keep reading different things. I have a 2014 gmc sierra 2wd. I just installed rc 2in level kit in the front. I'm looking at buying 285/70r17 tires and 17x9 rims with a 18mm offset. Will this fit without rubbing at all? if not what size offset would I need or tire size without runbing?

Diff I would guess that with that setup you may have minor issues when doing sharp turns at full lock on steering or when reversing and turning the wheel hard to the right. My AT with a 2.5 inch level kit and 33x12.5's does but it isn't bad enough to bother me. If you go with say a Toyo AT2 or BFG KO's rubbing may not be so bad compared to a Mud Terrain tire.
