if you buy a catback system and take out all the cats how much louder is the system going to be? Or can u take out all the cats?

I was also considering the mbrp. What is it you don't like about the sound at those rpms

that rpm range it has a really weird resonance throught the cab its just annoying.

Maryland Speed has a Chat Line and phone line. You can negotiate the price with the seller. When I was looking at Kook's headers for the Vette, I would click on the item and put it in the Cart and then just leave it there for a while. Within 10 minutes a guy came on the chat line and offered me a pretty good discount if I'd buy right now. I got 10% off the headers and x-pipe just for being patient. (which amounted to $170 in savings).

If you remove or gut the cats, you are basically removing 3 mufflers. It would be LOUD. But it would also be illegal and wouldn't pass any state inspection.

I agree. That's what I don't like about Magnaflow. I've never heard one that's loud enough (on these trucks).

really interested in this catback as a stainless steel/bolt on option. If i can get it in the $400ish shipped range like everyone is saying.

 

Longevity wise i would imagine this would hold up better over time than a regular welded on steel exhaust from a shop
