Metal on Metal squeal on downshift

I've attached a video of this recent development. Hard to pinpoint as it only happens when I'm between 40-50mph and accelerate. Sounds like it's right under my feet, so thinking tranny, but not sure. Any ideas?

What drive mode are you in when you hear the noise? 4Auto or 2HI.

Just curious, want to make sure your not in any 4WD mode so we could assume it's not the transfer case. I only say that because my 2015 made a wired grinding noise upon acceleration in 4AUTO.

Or I'm thinking it might just be as simple as an exhaust rattle, loose clamp or heat shield. Is hard to distinguish from a video.

I am in 2HI. Shouldn't be the transfer case. Doubt it's exhaust rattle as it physically sounds like something is grinding. If you listen to video with headphones or in your truck, you can hear the noice pretty well.
