It's not that I need a new one it's that I like the diesel better and how much bigger it is. How more roomy they are.

 

Mine is nice I agree. But idk. Something inside of me has been itching to get a diesel. Originally I wanted a diesel and got this truck because I was trigger happy and bit the bullet on the first nicest truck I saw when I had 9 k

 

I wanna save up 13 k if I was to get a diesel. My payments would only be 100$ more than they are now and same insurance

So, is the interior cab space bigger on a 2500 model verses a 1500 model?

 

I thought they were the same cab. No?

Same cab and bed - taller front grill/bumper area on the 2500 and up gas or diesel..........

Unless you tune, pretty sure your 5.3 is going to have more getup and go than the power stroke. Or any of the big 3 for that matter. My brothers 5.3 feels quicker than my duramax just putting around. If you can justify using the extra payload of a 3/4, and power you get with the diesel, sounds like a novel idea. Otherwise it's just money tossed. They're all pretty quiet now, so the bro novelty of having an oil burner isn't really there. But it's your money and whatever puts that smile on your face.
