2016 Silverado Failed Undercoat FIX

How would GM fix this ? This was a service offered by my dealership. Not sure if it was done by them or a 3rd party but either was its not acceptable. Beside the damage to my factory rims, Spare tire and exhausted system, probably been breathing in toxic fumes from it burning off. Now I have to miss work to drop this off which I put in 10-15 hours a week of overtime so basically shorting me OT for every second I have to screw around at the dealership for someones screw up. Not even gonna post what that rate is per hour. So not happy at the least. My dealership is trying to play it off when I Called. Couldn't even get me a service manager. Besides this I also had a chip in my paint when I picked up the truck Driver side door that they knew about and did nothing to fix it. So that has to be repaired as well. I made sure I got something in writing before I left.

AS sad as it sounds you may be better off taking it somewhere else. The dealership in general may just be a butcher shop. It sucks but would you trust this place if you need warranty repair ?
