Would be wayyyy too much truck for 99% of drivers on the road...but we'd all be happy!

I'll be the Judge of that! It would feel about right as far as what they should build to start with.

Get the 5.3 with the E85 option tune your close to the 6.2.

Don't even need that, I promise my 5.3 on pump gas will dust a 6.2 with just the intake......... And tune....... And.....

But seriously Chevy, release the Cheyenne!

Probably because most of the buyers of WT pickups are fleet operations, and none of them are going to buy a 6.2L that calls for premium fuel. The 6.2L just fills a niche market of users that are into road performance. A way that GM can market their pickups as being most capable. Most folks that are going do things that approach the limits of a 1500 6.2 generally just go on to a 2500.

Why mess with just a 6.2. Make an LT-4 available. That would make me think about selling a kid to get.

And that motor is available over the counter at GM also.

Just make it an option, doesn't have to be standard. Let me make that choice

I am all for that. The more options the better.
