HELP blinker problems

Okay so this is my first post here guys I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd ext cab. So my problem is that when my headlights are on my RH blinker blinks twice as fast, my left side is fine and my hazards are fine. I know I've been reading for hours looking for a solution that I probably have a bulb out on the RH side and I don't. And here's where it gets tricky I have HID headlights and HID fog lights LED tails (full housing) and also an LED brake/ turn signal strip under my tailgate. I've had them all for 4 months I so no problems so I'm not sure what my problem is possibly the little box under the dash? Forget the name
