2017 Sierra Denali wood trim

Hi guys,

 

I recently saw a new 2017 Sierra Denali at my dealership and noticed it had new wooden trim panels compared to those that are in my 2016 Sierra Denali. The new ones had this dry, matte textured wood finish as far as appearance, touch and feel was concerned. Very classy.

 

Anybody know the part numbers for these by any chance?

I just noticed it browsing through some pictures. Looks nice and better than the gloss pieces in previous years.

I'll say it's different, but not necessarily better looking. If we all had the matte trim and they just came out with the gloss, you may clammour after that.

I have the matte dark brown plastic "wood looking" trim in my 2017 Denali .. it's plastic & feels cheap to me.. prefer the lighter gloss in the older Denalis

I had not noticed it being any different between the 2016 and 2017 but now that you mention it I think it does have more of a flat finish in the 2017.......

I still don't like the look of that. I prefer my plain ol' silver trim.
