Poor visibilty on Low beams 2015 tahoe

On my 2015 tahoe the low beam distance is so poor that i feel unsafe seeing any road hazzards or wild critters that may cross my path at night I have a Silverado truck that's great, but my Tahoe is terrible wondering if anyone else has noticed this ?

I'm not impressed with the headlights in my 2017 Tahoe LT. They are not near as good as those in my 2016 Silverado LTZ, but it's also different tech.

More light at a longer distance is always an advantage, but driving the speed limit is enough for me to p/u road hazards and critters at night. It doesn't hurt that I also drive city and highway 100% of the time so the roads are lit vs a country road.

New to you (accident?) or brand new vehicle? May want to check the headlight adjustment (we can only adjust them up or down, not left or right).

How many types of headlights are offered on new GM trucks? The projection beams or LED's? I think I have the projection beams in my LT Z71 midnight.. I'll have to look at the sticker

I don't know why they F around with safety options. They should be putting the best safety technology features they have in all the vehicles as standard equipment.

In a recent consumer reports they wrote about car mfg's designing headlights for aerodynamics and looks, with functionality coming in dead last.

I agree ^

I have a 2015 high country silverado, same issue.  Talked to GM  today and got the "will get back to you"

There was a TSB issued on the problem PIT 5374.  Waiting for a call from GM next week.
