New guy from Ohio

I bought my Silverado in 2014, brand new. No miles.

It is a double cab, 1500, 6 cylinder

 

I am now pushing 51k on it and have a couple things in mind that I'd like to do.

 

One being the deck/speaker upgrade.

Going with a double din Pioneer radio, Cerwin Vega speakers in the doors, and an amp under the back seat. I used to have a subwoofer in my s10, but I don't think I want to do that again. So I will upgrade the speakers/deck and see how that goes first.

 

Now I am also coming up on the tires needing replaced, as well as the brakes. Not sure if 50k+ is a good timeframe on life for these items, but everything is original.

 

Anyways. Just a couple things in mind to do. I will be on here with questions and needed assistance. Don't know why I never looked for a GM forum before.......Glad I found it. So far after a quick browse, there is a lot of good info on here.

welcome . check your local tire shop - see what your tire range is ?? rotate at every oil change will make them last longer.
