2004 2400hd service brake booster

Hi just got a 2004 2500hd with the 8.1 and a allison. I have a service brake booster message on my ipc. But i do not have a brake booster it has hydra boost. Anyone els have this issue also i thought this truck should have a trans temp gauge in the cluster. It doesn't any one know if it should or not? Mabey someone put the wrong cluster in?

As far as the cluster yes it should have a temp gauge. I know the gas cluster without the temp gauge is a bit cheaper if a replacement was done.

Yes, it should definitely have the ATF temp gauge on the left side of the cluster. It sounds like yours has been replaced with an incorrect unit.

Cluster has been replaced. Replace Cluster or have current cluster flashed to correct firmware for the truck vin.
