Does anyone else have this problem with the temp control selector on the HVAC panel?

Now that the night's up north here are getting cooler I've had to torn on a bit of heat. I cannot select a "warm" temp on the temp selector. It seems between 70-74 F it's either too cold or too hot.

Is there something wrong with the HVAC panel?

My truck is a 2017 Sierra SLE with the dual zone control.

A friend has the same problem on his 2015 Silverado LT.

No, mine does it too. I've had numerous complaints of this same thing. No HVAC module updates for this yet

Mine does the same thing. 15 Sierra. I was wondering same thing. Its either cool or hot. Seem to be a little better if you set temp and leave it on auto.
