My light came on after driving 10 mins. I drove them a few days that way. I'm gonna try re registering my 22s again then put them back in the garage and try the 18s again.

Unfortunately no. The dealer tried again but no luck. Each technician has their own tools, and the tech that got my 18s to work in April is out for a few weeks from surgery. So when he gets back to work they have a feeling he had a different that is more powerful or perhaps does a wider frequency range. They didn't want to start throwing parts at it yet since they didn't think it was very likely all 4 tpms went bad on 6 month old gm rims.

It's also possible those duratrac tires are so beefy that the signal isn't getting to the sensor with the cheap tool off amazon.

I didn't read all the posts but did you get the other set of tires far and away from your truck?  Interference can keep the process from working.  Same with the remotes and people using them while you're trying to do the relearn.
