FIREBLADE74 Posted November 26, 2017 Author Posted November 26, 2017 In order to get a clean weld due to the first shop cutting too close to the valve and cutting crooked the valve had to be cut out. Ill just run run by the dealer tomorrow to see if they have a part number and cost

It sounds horrible when v4 kicks in. Is it possible to purchase a new one from the dealer? The shop said hey wouldn’t charge me to weld it back in. Also I’m running dual turn downs before the axle. Btw the first muffler shop used jb weld to close up the gaps smfh!! Or put the resonator back on - I put on the "quietest" Flowmaster - (see link in my sig) - removed flapper and muffler in one piece - left resonator - V-4 hardly noticeable unless you know what to listen for..... Wife and most passengers - even car-guys don't notice the faint sound difference when in V-4 - took me a while to hear it - and still can't always tell when in V-4 or V-8..........
