Strut install help

Changed the clip setting on billstein 5100s up front on my 15 Sierra.

Have a clunk noise now on certain bumps. Double checked all hardware and all is tight. Is there only one way the top of the tower bolts go up top? Maybe I need to rotate it? What about the botton arms they had an angle to them. Maybe I reinstalled something backwards???

I read the clunk noise comes from the top nut being not tight. When the truck is sitting, open hood and try to tighten the top bolt down, see if that fixes it.

Otherwise check your sway bar endlinks for damage/play.

Thanks. The top nut has got to be tight but will check again. There is a lot of thread showing already and it was tight.

I will check it again and also sway bar. Is there. Torque for sway bar?

Everything torqued to spec? I know the top bolts are pretty much tightened by feel, but maybe the bottom fasteners need to be torqued to spec?

There is a post or thread about the top but and a clunking issue. My last truck did it and I never figured out why until I read the post, unfortunately I traded the truck prior to reading.
