Can't say I'm surprised. Very familiar with the GM runaround, unfortunately.

I've mailed or faxed the documents to Chevrolet, the BBB and the state DMV. 

 

I had three people from Chevrolet tell me on the phone yesterday, all of them after 5pm EST, that a supervisor was supposed to call me back yesterday between 3 and 5pm EST.... And of course, that they were unable to do anything. The last person also said that she saw no indication of half of the stuff I had been told logged in the case. 

 

SMH. Disliking GM more and more..... after being a die hard GM for the last 30 years...

I finally got a supervisor on Friday. No real progress but they are supposed to call me back today. I've gotten a lawyer involved but nothing official yet.

I contacted a lemon big box type lawyer. They say I don't have a lemon case but I do have a breach of contract case. Not sure if I am going to use them yet. Of course, GM didn't call me back yesterday...

GMs   Business Resource Center contacted me this afternoon as a result of the BBB complaint.... This was less than 6 hours after sending the BBB my three service records and signing the claim form with them. She asked me for some information that I've given GM on numerous occasions. I told her about the Customer Assistance case and the supervisor who was supposed to have called me back yesterday. She said that the supervisor would probably call me back but their case would be closed now due to this one. Still SMH.

The service manager called me yesterday and said that the district blah blah called him and authorized him to put another set of springs up it based on the Customer Assistance case. I told him that case was now closed based on a Business Resource Center case that was opened earlier that day. He said that the case wasn't closed or it wouldn't have gotten to the district guy. He said he'd order the springs and he'd call me when they got in. I am sure Chevrolet doesn't know what Chevrolet is doing. We'll see what the BRC lady says today.

Let 'em put the springs on - just make sure you don't pay a nickel.

PAY??? HAHAHAHAH They are going to pay me. They've already given me $500 in accessory money... Which is pretty much worthless.

Does anyone know where I can get the service bulletins other than asking the dealership? I've seen them at the dealership but IDK if they'll give them to me.
