Just bought this 2018 Sierra. Want to add mud flaps and bed cover. What are the best options?

I have Husky mudflaps and a Bak Revolver X2 on my 2017 SLT and am very happy with both purchases.

Nice colour on your new truck!

IMO, much of it could depend on what you want to do with the truck.  If you're going to use the whole box and also need a certain amount of flexibility, you may need to avoid many of the bed cover designs, as they can prevent that, without being removed from the truck. If you will only use the box for smaller items, you'll have a lot more choice in what will easily work for you.

Personally, I often need the full length of my box available, including for taller items, as well as needing other types of flexibility in usage. I wanted a solution that also didn't require me to remove it when I needed to put large, or tall items in the box. I also installed a Backrack, so had to work within certain constraints created by it as well. Because of this I couldn't go with any type of hard cover, any type of tri, or quad-fold cover, or the roll-up hard covers that have a big box or canister mounted at the front of the bed.
I ended up going with a Tonno-pro soft rollup that seems to work well for what I need. There are a few similar designs from other manufacturers as well.

Based on that, I suggest spending a bit of time thinking about how you might use the box, now and in the future. That should help you to find the right cover for you.

When I had my 2014 Sierra 1500 I put the OEM GMC Mudflaps on the truck, my 2016 Silverado has Husky brand flaps...  As far as tonneau covers go: Anything BAK, Undercover Flex etc kind of covers WILL leak.... I have a Tonneau Pro hard fold... It works well, looks OK and does not leak at all whatsoever... If I felt like spending the $ to replace it I would seriously consider the Truxedo Titanium... I had an undercover flex but, it leaked like you wouldn't believe...

For a medium priced tonneau, look at the Truxedo Lo Pro QT. I had mine on my 2013, and it fit my 2017 perfectly. Great quality, and flexibility.

I would go with the truxedo titanium cover.  Easy to use, and secure.  No leaks on mine at all.  Also like the fact it is easy to remove completely from the bed if you need your whole bed. As far as mudflaps, I have the color match OEM ones

Nice Truck! I agree with Nanotech, it depends on your bed usage. First research what type of cover fits your needs. Then start looking at brands and models.

I went with the BakFlip Mx4 and am glad I did. I have left it out in multiple rain storms and the bed has been bone dry. I did spend a lot of time adjusting it when I installed it to get the seals just right. Once it’s all lined up you should have very minimal water leakage, if any.

I also like the fact when it is flipped all the way back it protects the rear window and paint from a load shifting forward. Plus, it just looks awesome!
