Carven Tips

Just had my Carven -TR and Carven Tip installed on Friday. Just noticed today that the tip is bubbling and peeling on the inside. These are black ceramic coated tips. Anyone else have this problem? Only issue is that they don’t make weld on tips any more. I contacted Carven so hopefully they resolve this problem. Really pissed because the tips and exhaust sound and look awesome and I don’t want to have to weld a new tip on

I have 2 brand new never used carven stainless tips. They were a limited run.  Just to big for what I want to do

If all else fails, and I hope it doesn't, a rattle-can of high-temp black header paint would be your best bet.  At least, it's not on the exterior.

+1 on rattle can. I personally don't think it's a big enough issue to make me want to remove and re-weld them, but it does suck it happened and I'd be pissed too.

Actually the ebay seller ourdealsrock refunded me my money. He offered me another tip. Carven still has not responded to my emails
Some black paint should work. I just don’t want the outside to peel
