Really like your truck, I'm pretty much set on getting bronze NVs as well!  Why did you decide to go with the pro comp front coils instead of Fox to match the rear shocks?

Got a really good deal on them from a member who got them as a display set, and liked that they were a 2.75" body instead of 2.5". The procomp rears were more expensive so decided on the fox

Love the tire/wheel size and suspension setup on your truck. I'm looking to do something similar on mine.

Thanks! Post some pics in the wheel/tires thread when you do

Added go rhino dominator d6 steps this week, and took it up to the snow to go skiing this weekend. All in all truck is working perfectly with almost 13k miles on the clock now!

No new updates, but I did get to play in the snow up in mammoth a couple weeks ago! Never driven in snow before, was quite the experience.

Nice. How much of a difference in ride quality compared to the Procomps?

Only tested over speedbumps, but so far definitely noticeable. Plusher when it needs to be, but not overly soft. Still need to mess with the compression adjusters

That being said, these cost a little over twice as much as the procomps, so if someone wants a good budget coilover, the procomps are great

Been awhile since I posted something. Not much has changed, only new addition is a roll up bed cover.

Took it out to do some socially distant exploring with my dad and brother today. Kings continue to impress me, doing 50mph down a wash and everything was smooth

Been thinking about new tires lately. Either going with 295/70/17 again, or up to a 285/75/17. Top picks are:

Falken wildpeak at3w
Cooper at3 xlt
Nitto ridge grappler
Maybe ko2s? Still undecided on these

Any opinions, brand or size?

I’ve had the Falken Wildpeaks on stock 18s and my current 315/70/17 K02s. Also running a 285/70/17 KO2 on my wife’s Yukon. The Falkens were a great tire but are little heavy and stiff depending on what size you get. What sold me on the K02s is the size and C rating. Tough sidewall but doesn’t ride like a brick. No complaints with either on wear and performance though.

Yea everything I’ve been looking at is in the 60-65 lb range so I’m expecting that. I have E rated now so I’m used to it riding like a brick. How have the C rating tires been holding up for you? And are they 3 peak rated?
