Dropped SIERRA

Hello folks, I live in Alabama (heard all the jokes and the Kentucky ones are funnier, lol). Just picked up a 2018 SIERRA crew cab 2wd and dropped it 3.5/6 with McGaughy kit /22's. I have run into a problem with the wheel travel on the front.  When hitting some dips in the road It likes to rub on the top "only about 10% of the time". I was considering adding longer bump stops on the struts, I'd like to avoid cutting on the inner fender if possible but won't rule it out. Any thoughts on the bump stop idea? Thx

not really sure how much a bump stop will prevent it, guess it depends on how much room there is, if its infrequent then id look into some stops on lift kit sites and test it out, if that didn't work maybe raise the front a little.
