Flowmaster Super 10 / 44? Duals or single out?

I have a 2015 Silverado 5.3l V8 and I am trying to decide between the Flowmaster super 10 or super 44? Can anybody that has either one give me some input? I want it to be aggressive sounding, but not ridiculously loud. I’m just afraid from reading reviews the super 44 will be too quiet for what I’m looking for. Also would you guys suggest going with the dual outs or a single out? I really don’t want to pay the extra money for a dual out if it doesn’t offer much more than an aesthetic benefit. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I have the single 50 series on my 6.2 and like it a lot. Nice deep sound throughout any rpm range

i have the super 10 with the 3' in and 3' out dumped. its toned down allot.. great sound... but took about 3 months for that thing to quite down.. it was super loud at first.. 5.3l to me.. mine sounds like an old muscle car with that throaty rumble.

*Bump* I am interested in whomever wishes to input. As everyone's idea of loud or not loud enough is different, I imagine all want that deep throaty sound.

OP: Why flowmaster and not Borla, MagnaFlow or MBRP?

I have the flowmaster catback with the 50 hd muffler and i tried the super 44 in place of it. The super 44 was a little quieter than 50 hd and the 50 hd sounds better. If i was you i would go with the super 10. With stock manifolds and stock cats the 10 won't be that loud. If you plan on doing headers then it might be to loud.

What would cause it to quiet down over a period of months?
