Good morning guys! I need some help from the wiring gurus.

What is the best way (and where) to tap into the wiring for install?

Do you want them on all the time? When the running lights are on? On demand?

Looks like you need to hook up 3 wires? Parking lights, courtesy and turn signal. Are you using all of them?

pretty sure you can get turn and running light  from putting a Y cable adapter onto the trailer harness in the back. Same Y cable you use for the OPT rear light strip. Also somewhere i heard that there is a circuit for the auto folding running boards. Maybe do a search for how they hookup to get your courtesy light function.

Your parking lights go on with courtesy or puddle lights. When I hooked mine up I just tapped into the front running light. I didn’t do turn signal figured that would be a little to much of a blinker lol. But every time I unlocked they went on with the park lights and interior lighting.

Did you tap in under the dash, or under the hood?

I tapped into the front driver parking light it’s hard getting wires in and out of the cab so I just ran it straight up the frame to the front.
