diablo question

I just purchased the diablo predator 2 platinum. I did a quick simple first run of 87 octane performance, 10% throttle increase, AFM off, and tire size correction.  drives fine...easy to install, cant tell a huge difference...

 

i was thinking of bumping up the throttle. anyway, do i need to mess with shifts? It seems to shift fine. will it save my tranny if i tinker with it? which shifts and by how much? i have seen other posts on this that simply say "firm shift on" while mine seems to have each shift point.
