Looking for a canned tuner ( don’t want to push the engine and power train to the edge ) just want a decent hp and torque and better mpg
2017 Sierra SLT 5.3 with 8 speed / 4 inch lifted / 35 tires - 95 octane

People fall into two categories. Plug and play and full control custom tune. I would say your pnp.so go with a plug in off the shelf or black bear.

I need the plug n play type , not into the custom tunes as a I just want to compensate the Loss of power and gas consumption coming from the lift and big wheels but my problem the I’m not able to find something for 8 speed gear

Is it flex fuel E85 gasoline? What is your MPH now. Some people report 20-24. With the 6.2l.
I get 19mpg max and 12.7 min but I have very heavy foot, turbo, and custom extreme tune.

I’m not in the states , Gas is 95 octane , the system here is metric and since I installed the lift and the tires the car is not accelerating as before and it shows 25liter for every 100 kilometer

Wow I would go with intake, exhaust, and tune. Possibly a gear to compensate for the tires. That's horrible gas mileage. I have 24" lowered and a 6 speed. Even my Escalade in college had 22" heavy as hell and got 10.2 mpg.
But go to black bear and order a hand held tuner. You could email or message him first and get his thoughts.
