Fog Light Aim

So I’ve been searching for this on here and the rest of the internet with no luck. My fog lights came from the factory aimed higher than my low beam headlights. They’re about even with my high beams. There is an adjuster on the back of the fog light assemblies but when I try to adjust them I get maybe a 1/2 turn which doesn’t really move the light beam at all. Am I missing something here? This shouldn’t be this hard. Oncoming cars flash me all the time when I have them on. When I see other 16-18 trucks with their fog lights on, they aren’t aimed this high. So I know they can come down. Please help me out here. This is driving me crazy.

FWIW, I have a '15 so mine is a little bit different, but when I replaced my stock fogs w/ the Morimoto LEDs, one of the 3 mounting points had a threaded adjuster for aiming.  It didn't appear like there was a lot of adjustment to it though.

Yeah, I see the adjusters. They just wont turn to adjust. It's almost like they are locked.

Maybe one of the rubber mounts isn't quite seated in the bracket?  I had a little trouble with that when I mounted my morimotos.   Might try pushing on them a bit and see if they pop into place.

did you re-aim your headlights after the leveling kit? Are you sure people are flashing you because of the fog lights, not your low-beam headlights?

100% positive. I can see where the beams are hitting on the house across the street when I park and if I’m next to a wall like in a drive thru lane, I can clearly see the angle of the fogs is upward.

I put LED bulbs in my 2014 Sierra fog light housings. Had to aim them down after install. Very little adjustment in these bulb housings. I got a little downward adjustment but not much at all. Even turning the adjuster quite a few turns. Its a weak setup for sure.
