Powder Coating Bumpers

Has anyone ever removed the front/rear bumpers to have powder coated? Also wanting to remove all existing chrome around lights to have coated as well. I have a buddy who can do it for free for me and was wondering if all of those parts are able to be removed to to be coated. Wanting to black out the truck. All help is appreciated.

On my last truck I removed the bumpers and had them sprayed with color match Line-X, don't know anyone who has done the powder coat though

See if someone local that has the blacked out bumpers and grill wants to swap to chrome?
