I'll helpwith your all of your issues by trading my 2014 wt. It will come with aftermarket 20s and new lower lcas. With this down grade in models your set with no worries and will still have the 4x4 capabilities as before. I'll take on your current issues with a thorough mud bath followed by a shade tree wd40 treatment. Lol

Sorry about your troubles Jason.

Seems to be a problem child or two out there in the whole grand scheme of things.

Do you plan on trading it for something else or selling?

I drive one for work. Omg.... I Bet it's geared different in the rear. Off the line can be dicey if you don't have a light foot.

Maybe try another GM dealership or get GM customer support involved. .  Your issues should be covered under warranty.  I had problems with my '09 Sierra that required a lot of warranty work.  It gave me 100k of trouble free driving after the warranty expired.   Your warranty is to ensure you truck operates as it was intended.  Once I figured out that I needed to be respectful and persistent, the warranty process worked well.  I ended up buying another Sierra in 2015 and it has been almost without flaw.

Luck of the draw I guess. Not all of them will be perfect..

My 2017 Silverado Midnight has been flawless for the first 18 months, 28K miles... ZERO problems... ZERO recalls..

The GY Duratracs are holding up well with even wear across all of them.

My last TWO trucks had rear end issues right out of the gate.. My 1999 Ranger AND my 2008 Tacoma BOTH had rear end replacements with under 500 miles on them.
