Bypassing light sensor

Truck is a 2015 gmc sierra in canada, wondering if there is a way to bypass the sensor on the dash that tells the truck to turn on its headlights. Previous years putting a resistor inline with it worked. Not sure if that's the case with these trucks or not. Thanks.

Yes bottom wire on the plug. Some way in my long day and a ton of beers I was in a hurry to plug that sensor back in and the bottom pin missed the connection. No auto headlights.  Manual only. But the the is a soft sel code for sensor limit. I'm sure there are other ways.
