From the pics posted, it looks like they block the tie-down hooks, but not the lights or outlet. I like the idea of these, but not if they block the hooks.

There is no way these are worth $1200.

Part numbers 2021 Denali and Silverado. 84799308 for both sides,84799309 & 84799310 for driver or passenger side. No install info comes with boxes. I have not found instructions yet. Looks like boxes connect in the middle to cargo tie down above wheel well.  Can't tell how each end is attached. I'm not drilling any wholes. 

I called GMC help line they said contact dealer.
