ARB Old Man Emu struts?

Looking to upgrade the struts on my 2017 z71. I have the 6” pro comp lift and 35’s. I’ve looked at coilovers but not sure I want to put 2k into the truck. I saw on the 4wheelparts website ARB offers a stiffer strut which might work good with a steel bumper and or winch. Currently have neither but would like to put a winch on. Anyone have experience or knowledge of these?

I find it funny you have a 17 z71 lifted on 35 and may add bumper and winch. Then state not sure you want to spend 2k. Seam like a no brainer to me.

Me too.

Guys spend thousands on a truck then they cringe about putting 2 grand into it. 2 grand big deal.

If you don't want to spend it why ask?

Reminds me of the guys with Vettes that cry about spending $1200 - $1400 on a set of tires.

I see what you’re saying. Depending on the environmental elements such as salt etc, I wouldn’t invest in coilovers unless you really maintained them. Had Old Man Emu on a couple of my heavy Land Cruisers and absolutely LOVED the ride. I’d look at the whole package cause soft springs and stiff shocks doesn’t really mix well, look at a package, maybe utilizing a stiffer spring with a heavier bumper offsetting the weight. Cheaper to try a bit stiffer springs first.
