Okay, now a large angry chicken roosting on top of the barn wielding a scythe, with Deep Ocean Blue trim on the hen.

I love the factory color matched.  Second choice would be grill and headlights black. Wouldn't do a black bumper. It would look like you replaced the bumper and never got it painted to match your truck.

I saw a 17' summit white ccsb ltz that he did the grill, headlights, door handles, mirror caps, and all emblems in gloss black.  Looked weird to me at first. But it looked really cool the more i saw it.

My High Country before and after, with color matched paint. I am afraid that using color matched bed liner or trunk paint will look odd. The difference in finish will make the color look very different. If you choose to go that route, I would pick black rather than red tint coat. You might seriously consider wrap. I’m amazed at how good some of the wraps look. Just my .02 cents

Absolutely. I’ve swapped the chrome door handles and mirror caps for blue ones as well. Next the door ding protectors are going to be replaced with painted ones and I’m trading window trim for black with another member next week. The truck originally had too many trim pieces in chrome, especially  when the bumpers were color matched.

My my old lady said it looked like an “Old Man’s Truck” with all the upgraded chrome doodads.

I swapped her out too...

Its amazing how many people who have the chrome window belts get rid of them for chrome.  They are about $350 for a set of chrome.

On my truck, it was just too much with the door handles, window trim, door ding strips, mirror caps, High Country logos and running boards.

Ill have to post a pic of the windows, I had a local wrap shop put black pieces on the pillars between the windows just to try the different look. It’s cool, if I get bored of it, I’ll peel them.

I keep thinking i want to do the b pillars too.  I bought the wrap but its 24 degrees. I dont think ill be doing it for a few weeks.
