Electronic remote door fob programing

I lost a key and door for for my 2017 Sierra SLE.  Got the new fob and key, programming the key is a breeze, but how the heck do you program the door / remote start fob?

Not gonna work, he doesn't have both fobs and this does not apply to his type of key.

Going to have to visit the dealer. We charge $32.95 plus tax to program fobs.

I honestly thought it would be more. That sounds pretty reasonable to me. Thanks for the information ? and before someone says it’s still high, go see how much a simple inexpensive Kia fob is to program! 3 times that much!! No I do not have a Kia but know what it costs LOL

I called the dealer to program a key fob for my 2018 and they told me it would be 125 that just seems crazy
