If you guys have seen my other posts you know for over a month now I've been researching what the best lift kit is and what tires/ sizes I wanted to go with. Well i finally pulled the trigger this week and picked her up today. Let me say shes sexy AF and turned out better than i thought. So here's the details.

My truck is a 2015 silverado LT double cab 4x4.

Lift- Rough Country 5" bracket lift

Tires- Falken Wild Peak AT3W 305/65/18 (33.5/12)

Rims- 18x10 -24 offset ION black

Extras- 2" spacer in the rear to match the front track width (rough countrys kit pushes front out 1.5")

Trimming- very small tiny about off the front valance

Roof height- about 6' 10" (no straight edge to be for sure but thats the height of my rear roof which is about even if not higher than the gps fin due to rake)

Stance- tires definitely stick out a little but not obnoxiously far. Its the perfect look. Its exactly what I wanted.

Note- my factory wheels fit fine and cause no issues at all. The kit says it's not supposed to be able to run stock wheels without a 1/4" spacer. But I heard different control arms effect it more or less.

So far she rides really well. My ride factory was slightly rough but almost is smoother now. The tires are super quiet. Maybe an very tiny slight hum but not even noticeable. Truck tracks smooth and straight. Hitting bumps doesnt send me into the other lane. Truck still has some rake which is what I wanted. I decided on rough country over Zone and others cause I didnt want to do 6" but 4" made me worry I'd want more. Plus this new rough country kit has great reviews and the shop said theyve had better results with it. Plus the lifetime warranty is a plus. Need to get a car wash and take some more pics. stock for reference

Tires are wonderful. Quiet as can be. I'm actually really impressed. I had some toyo open country rts before and they were loud and bouncy. These are smooth as can be

How many inches from the ground to the top of your wheel wells with this lift? Im looking at same for my truck. Want to do a 4 inch fabtech basic kit with knuckles or this 5 inch.

That's the knuckle lift bud. I've been going nuts trying to figure out a lift as well. Was dead set on the zone but then after looking at pics and how far it pushes the tires out I don't think I'd like it. I wanna stick with 18's because I already have some tires that are cherry. Did you have any trimming with that offset? 18's I was going to get are -12mm.

I think he said above he had to trim a bit on the front valance. This rough country also pushes out the front track around a inch and a half also I think zone is about the same..

The Rough Country bracket lift retains the stock track width.

Yes but the link is for the knuckle lift, and he said this kit pushed his tires out. I believe he just misspoke is all when he said it was a bracket lift in the OP. No worries.
