Is that sitting on her wheels or on jack-stands? That UCA resting on the droop stop?

that's setting in my garage on the floor, not on jack stands

Excellent choice! Not sure if you’re aware but CST makes their own shocks in-house too. Here’s my front CST coil overs and rear Piggybacks resi’s. Very impressive ride quality difference coming from stock and Bilsteins.

This is my honest opinion and hands on experience: I was told CST is a bit softer riding. My rears are very smooth and valves perfectly, soft where you want them to be and stiffer, better handling for off-road use. I purposely drove about 45 mph over a large dip with my wife in the passenger seat, yelled at me out of fear but said “wow” just glided over it. Bilsteins are intro performance shocks, better than stock, sorta all around stiff shocks.

I’d look at the 2.0’s in the rear just like mine but without the resi’s. They’re valved the same.

Here’s their front skid plates, comes with the lower one but just had to get the upper one replacing that cheap plastic factory one

So are the 2.0 the $200 upgrade on the link you posted? It's showing part number csr2300.

The website I posted has the CST 4.5” a bit cheaper than others, the optional 2300’s are comparable to Bilstein shocks. The 5530’s (without resi’s) are high performance and you can have them rebuilt and custom valved anyway your heart desires. Because this is such a high end lift and speaking from experience you really only want the higher end shocks.

That's what I thought, but new level Motorsports doesn't show that shock. When i was talking to cst they told me they don't offer the 2300 any longer. Not sure what they told me was the replacement but I do remember them saying it was rebuildable.

Who’s doing your install?

Local 4x4 shop in central IL. I'm planning on buying the kit myself. They are installing it for $510 plus $89 for alignment.

Ok, are you using your stock front coilovers? If yes or going with Bilsteins then just do rear Bilstein 5100’s. I don’t recommend doing cheap shocks on one end and high quality shocks on the other. Bilsteins front and rear which will be fine for road use.

That’s a great price! Did you get new wheels and tires too cause you won’t need to with this kit except look much better with larger tires.
