Flickering Lights

It’s early and I haven’t had chance to dig in but wanted to ask mass. I think I’m on right track.

 

Driving to gym I noticed my headlights were flickering or so sightly off car in front of me. When I got to my destination I noticed the battery meter was in middle.

 

I check and it was all my lights up front, Amber included but nothing else.

 

Shut truck off and restarted it doesn’t happen. Battery gauge is just notch above middle which it normally is.

 

Battery was just replaced. Have 51k miles.

 

Sounds like maybe failing alternator?

 

Won’t be able to diagnose it until later.

Check the ground cable at both ends to make sure the connection is good.
