Auto folding mirrors

I have a 2018 Midnight edition Silverado fully loaded, So I know I have the auto mirror folding option on my truck as well as several other options such as auto memory recall and reverse mirror tilt. However when I go into the comfort and convenience section the only thing that shows up is chime volume. I have no idea why my other options aren’t on there. Has anyone else had an issue like this and if so how did you go about fixing it?!

Sounds like they need to "reboot/update" the head unit. I would think it is a software issue. Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, connect it back and see if that helps.
