Has anyone removed one I’m a little hesitant

I removed the top cover with all the pushpins

Four bolts on top and that’s as far as I got

Had a hard time locating the remainder of clips that hold it in place I was afraid to pull too hard thought I was going to Break something

I've removed mine. After you remove the 4 bolts, lift up on the top of the grille to release it from the top support then pull hard. It won't break. Catch end ears by headlights and pull.

Wait... there are no bottom bolts on the grille on the 19 Sierra?  No lower tabs that have to be released first? You don't have no remove that whole front trim piece that goes under the grille, headlights and over by the wheels?

I am pulling mine on Saturday to install siren speakers and lights in front of the vents.

I wish someone had a video of the removal
So I can see how hard to pull

I have a new grill to install on my AT4... I'm dragging my feet cause it looks like a bitch...   Per the instruction, remove wheel well trim,   remove lower under grill trim, then as above....

Yeah I did mine last week. Got a paint matched AT4 grill to replace the stock chrome one on my 2020.

Took me about 4 hours (half that time was spent worrying about breaking something, so I was going super slow and cautious, realistically could be done in 2.5 hours). You've got 3 or 4 bolts on top part of the grill, and at the bottom underneath the trim piece beneath the grill are another 3. (I honestly couldn't get the bottom bolts out...so I ripped the grill out and those 3 bolts broke, which I'm extremely happy about because if I ever have to do the job again, its gonna be so much easier.)

In my opinion, there are way too many bolts and tabs all over these pieces. Since removing much of the front end, I only kept about half of the tabs and bolts. Making it so if I need to tackle the grill, it will actually be enjoyable.

1. Remove wheel well cover

2. Remove fender flare (I only removed it about half way, when I went to put it back together, i ended up pulling it all off, because you have to remove all the tabs stuck in the holes with a pliers to reinsert each one back in the fender, then push it back in.)

3. I know pics will be helpful for this and I can upload some if requested, but the bottom lip under the grill, to start pulling that up, starting from the wheel well area, there is an 8mm screw located in the wheel well area near where you pulled the fender up. Once you remove that, itll release that trim to be pulled on. Youll know where the screw should be located, looking at the line in the body of where the trim piece begins. You can start pulling up the big piece of trim that's the lip to the grill. Everything is basically tabs and push pins you yank out.

4. Once you have it all pulled out, lining up with the grill on the side you started with. If you have fog lights, disconnect the wire to them....now follow steps 1-3 on the other side.

5. Now once you have both sides of the bottom lip hanging, and only the center to deal with to detach it from the grill. I couldn't seem to get them detached. I had probably 4 tabs I had to detach from the grill and bottom lip together..after 45 minutes of frustration and a White Claw later....I got pissed and just pulled the grill hard towards me, SNAP!! Those 3 bolts I was saying were at the bottom? Yeah, their plastic surroundings broke. Which released the grill and bottom lip into my hands. It was finally removed!

6. Took the grill and lip inside, finished disconnecting the tabs that kept them together, and put the new grill on and plugged those tabs in. Carried it out, set it back on the bumper, pushed all the tabs and pins back in and then reverse installed everything! Viola!
