Can someone help me with this truck data?

I was wondering if someone can help me about why my truck has white frosty plugs(lean condition) with some deposits on a couple of them.

I took er out for a spin today with the obd ll scan and obtained approx. 40 seconds of live data on all the PID's. If someone needs more PID info aside from the one's posted just let me know and I'll post them since I'm not familiar what they all represent, only some.  I have a hunch what may be wrong but would like some back up with this since I'm still on a learning curve with it all. Thanks.

Don't mind the number in the upper right corners, just represents the value of the blue dot on each graph when the data started recording. The data was taken after truck fully warmed up, level highway pavement, cruise control set at 67mph. Here's some live data pic's:

The EVA monitor icon is flashing red on the scan tool but showing an "system status" amber light meaning a pending DTC so says the manual. It also reads "emissions related engine DTCs" which I cannot pull from the vehicle.  It maybe due to the quality of scan tool I have. It also won't enable me to run an EVAP test through the scan tool even though the option is listed on it. What could be the possibilities I wonder? Some vacuum related I'm wanting to guess...Would that explain a lean condition?

Here are the 2 EVAP PID's taken from the same trip mentioned in the first post:

Bank 1 goes out of whack with a Stock Engine Tune and trying high levels of ethanol with gasoline.

Above a 50-50 mix it throws codes. Since you say KM instead of miles, I bet you are in Canada where they have been increasing the levels of ethanol with gasoline.

Change your truck fuel tune to Premium with a Hypertech MaxEnergy 2.0. Lean condition goes away with 50-50 fuel mix.

That's a lot of frosty plugs, the Canadian way I spose.

What is the current Ethanol content of Canadian Fuel?

I heard you guys were close to 20% to keep costs down?

My knowledge on the whole ethanol thing isn't up to par. These websites say it all has some with a rating system in place.  There seems to be a lot of negatives pertaining to it. I do know things about beer though, ha.
