May have to do a per cylinder check
- spark plug
- light on the wire
- light on injector harness
- stethoscope on the injectors

Run a scanner and check ft when driving, see if out of whack when stumbling

Check all other sensors as well to ensure that computer is getting correct signals.

Thanks, we have tested all the components of the ignition system.  We scanned the truck during operation, everything works good fuel trims are perfect and no signs of a problem. The only thing that showed concerns the injectors not operating properly. We replace the injectors same issue.

So you have a fuel pressure of 62. IS that at idle or running down the road? Same throttle body? Has the throttle body been cleaned properly as if there's any carbon that can cause issues. Checked the sensor by the airbox, maf to make sure it's good or was that replaced as well.

When you crank the engine over, pedal to the floor, clear flood mode does it have a steady crank sound or does it have a off sound? Was this a long or short block?

Just guessing stuff off top of my head for a direction.
